# Known issues

Current DrowAI issues, limitations, and practical workarounds.

Use these notes to understand known product limitations and their current
workarounds. Each issue has its own article so it can be shared, updated, and
tracked independently.

## Current issues

  provider safeguards can restrict some red-team and pentesting workflows.
- [Tool execution timeout](/user-guide/known-issues/tool-execution-timeout):
  tool invocations currently have a global 10-minute execution limit.
- [CVE indexing availability](/user-guide/known-issues/cve-indexing-availability):
  the CVE database can be indexed, but model-facing search is not yet enabled.

## Reporting an issue

Check the selected model and the run output first. If the same task completes
with a supported alternative model, record it as a model-specific limitation.
Report it as a DrowAI issue when the application fails independently of the
model response, such as losing the run, corrupting task state, or failing to
display the returned output.
